Manhlenga High School Celebrates 100% Matric Pass for 2022

Manhlenga High School has made history by becoming the school in Inkosi Ngwanase Circuit to achieve a 100% pass rate in the matric exams for 2022. The principal of the school, Khaya Msweli, could not hide his delight as he led the school's celebrations.

"This is a significant milestone for us as a school," said Msweli. "We are overjoyed and extremely proud of our learners' achievements." He credited the success to hard work and dedication from both learners and educators who worked tirelessly throughout the year despite challenging conditions.

Manhlenga High School has been recognized as the most improved high school, moving up from less than 50% pass rate in 2021 to a perfect score in 2022. The school's remarkable performance can be attributed to the close working relationship between Msweli and the Inkosi Ngwanase Circuit Manager, Mr. Aron Khalane.

"Through Kalane's leadership and support, we were able to improve our teaching methods, which aided our learners in achieving excellent results," said Msweli.

Msweli added that they would continue to work hard and pray so that they maintain their impressive performance in years to come. "Our goal is not only to pass but also to create well-rounded graduates equipped to tackle any challenge head-on," he said.

The students are elated with their achievements, and some have already received acceptance letters from reputable universities, including the University of KwaZulu-Natal and University of Cape Town.

Manhlenga High School has cemented its place as a top-performing institution, and the future looks bright for its staff, learners the community at large
